About Lucia

Lucia has had an extensive 10-year experience working with children in various capacities. During this time, she has been deeply involved in supporting and guiding children's development, nurturing their well-being, and fostering their overall growth. Lucia began her journey as an RBT, providing one-on-one support to children with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. In this role, she implemented behavior analysis techniques, designed individualized treatment plans, and worked closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for her clients. Throughout her career, Lucia has worked in a range of settings, including schools, clinics, and even in-home environments. This diversity has allowed her to gain a comprehensive understanding of different approaches and strategies for assisting children in various contexts.
