Lucia "Lulu" has and will continue to be an important member of our family. Originally she came into our lives to take care of my youngest as part of a nanny share with our good friend’s daughter when they were babies. She had been our friend’s full time nanny for many years for their older two kids (similar ages to our older two). Over the years, she also regularly took care of all our kids as well. Lulu has an amazing ability to always make each kid individually feel special and loved. They all adore her as well. She is all the things you would want in a nanny/caregiver. Equals parts responsible and professional, but possesses infinite patience, warmth and kindness. She was incredible during Covid years. She is the number one reason all of our kids, between both families, weathered the isolation as well as they did. She still let them be kids, playing outdoors together at the park, while keeping a watchful eye, always. She not only met my kids daily needs with ease but also engaged them in enriching activities that fostered their development. Lulu speaks English, but she is also a native Spanish speaker and we asked her to only speak Spanish with them and they have thrived in their Spanish classes at school as a result! What truly sets Lulu apart is her unwavering commitment to your family. She approaches her role not just as a job but as a calling, pouring her heart and soul into everything she does. Her positive attitude and infectious smile brighten even the darkest of days. We were truly blessed (and continue to be blessed) to have Lulu in our lives, and we highly recommend her to any family seeking a loving and reliable caregiver.
