About Luciana

With over 30 years of experience working with children of all ages, I bring a calm, reliable, and nurturing presence to every family. My background includes three decades as a gymnastics coach for ages 18 months-18 yrs, as well as a swim instructor. This has given me a strong foundation in child safety, development, and active, engaging care. I have experience with infants through teens and am comfortable as a nanny, mother's helper, babysitter, or family assistant. I am currently seeking a full-time position where I can provide consistent, dependable support and become a trusted part of your household. I focus on creating a safe, positive environment, maintaining routines, encouraging growth, and helping make daily life easier for both children and parents. I also recently became an empty nester and have 3 kids of my own who are now grown!
