For the last 9 years I've been working in the care and development of children. I like to help them grow and thrive. My experience as a babysitter has taught me patience and how to communicate effectively with parents. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules if required. I keep an environment where they can improve themselves and have fun, whether it is indoor or outdoor. I'm very comfortable about helping them to make friends ands socialize with their pairs.
