About Lucia

Hi, I'm Lucia! I'm a San Francisco-based youth development professional and former program manager with 3 years of experience supporting children and teens of all ages, including youth with developmental and intellectual disabilities, in the educational setting. I'm currently transitioning into nannying and excited to bring my background in youth engagement, social-emotional development, creative learning, and relationship-building into a family-centered setting. As a former youth program manager, I bring strong organizational, communication, and logistical planning skills. In addition to childcare, I'm comfortable supporting household management tasks such as scheduling, coordinating activities and appointments, managing calendars, running errands, and helping keep day-to-day family logistics running smoothly. I'm looking for a family where I can be a trusted and supportive presence for both the children and their parents!
