We cannot recommend Lu enough! She has been an incredible nanny for our son from the time he was 4 months old until after he turned 1, and we are only parting ways because he is transitioning to daycare. Lu is truly fantastic—she is trustworthy, deeply caring, and treats him like he is her own. She is also incredibly proactive; she communicates well, listens carefully to all feedback and instructions, and she consistently handles tidying up and cooking for him without ever needing to be asked. She drove him to various activities, initiated play dates with other kids his age and made sure he was getting age appropriate stimulation every day! She even took wonderful care of our dog, Ruby, who loves her. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her, we are going to miss her!
