I am a recent retiree and the mother of an amazing 26-year-old daughter. I was raised by a loving family, the middle child with two brothers. I believe I have been successful as a parent and in my career and now that I have extra time on my hands, I would welcome the opportunity to spend time with your child so that I can give you peace of mind when you need to be away from home. I'd describe myself as friendly, humorous and loving. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to spend time with a child where I can build a bond of trust and watch them blossom. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old. In my spare time, I like to read, walk, spend time with family and friends, go to the movies and find new and unique restaurants.
