I recently had gallbladder removal surgery and needed someone dependable to take me to the procedure, stay during the surgery, help communicate with the medical staff, drive me home, and assist me once I arrived home. I also needed someone to pick up my prescriptions and stop at the grocery store for a few items I would need during recovery. Lori exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment she picked me up, she treated me like family—not like I was just another client. She was by my side throughout the entire process, helping with pre- and post-operative questions, meeting with my surgeon after the procedure to review my discharge instructions, and making sure nothing was overlooked. What impressed me most was the way Lori treated me. She was consistently kind, respectful, and patient. She always asked what I needed instead of telling me what to do, and her positive attitude made what could have been a stressful day much easier. Lori is compassionate, professional, dependable, and genuinely cares about the people she helps.
