About Lorraine

I have 25+ years of caregiving experience, but my most meaningful experience came from caring for my mother through dementia as her 24/7 caregiver, as well as helping care for my sibling after a stroke. Those experiences taught me patience, compassion, dignity, and the importance of simply being present. I understand how much families need someone dependable who provides not only reliable care, but genuine companionship, conversation, warmth, and reassurance. I can assist with daily routines, meals, medication reminders, hygiene, mobility, errands, appointments, light housekeeping, and other day-to-day needs. I am medically literate and comfortable with medications, medical terminology, care instructions, and communicating with family members, palliative care, and hospice teams. Most of all, I want to provide another family with what we needed most: someone kind, patient, trustworthy, attentive, dependable, and truly caring.
