About Lori

I'm a creative and friendly childcare provider with 30 plus years of experience caring for children of all ages. Working with kids comes naturally to me! They energize me, make me laugh, and often teach me things! I enjoy getting to know them, teaching them, and loving them. I also enjoy interacting with their families. With a graduate degree in education, many years experience with newborns and preschoolers, and certification as a teacher and reading specialist, I have the knowledge and skills to nurture and educate children. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while following the parents' lead and keeping them informed about their child's day through verbal communication and photos. I enjoy a variety of games with children, adapting them to their age and interests. Whether it's playing board games, solving puzzles, or engaging in educational games that promote learning, I strive to make playtime both fun and enriching.
