Good afternoon, my name is Lori and I reside in the Lakewood area. I am searching for child care employment. I am a middle-aged woman who has been working in the home care/health care field which I find very rewarding! I also love, adore children! I have raised 3 boys which were both physically demanding and rewarding! My ideal job would be working with babies and toddlers. I LOVE being a Nanny! I am very patient, kind, fun, dependable and a "motherly" type who takes pride when it comes to taking care of your children or child! I do have a reliable vehicle with insurance to take toddlers to the park or go grab some ice cream! Rest assured, I know how to take on children with love and patience. I worked at The Montessori School of Denver and took a Child Development course. I am also CPR/First Aid certified and also a background check has been performed and will be happy to show upon request! I am English-speaking only. Lori cared for our son from 5 months of age through 18 months. She was like part of our family, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She loved the two babies in our nanny share like her own, but was also very respectful of our needs and requests as a family. She was great at setting a routine and teaching developmentally appropriate skills to our children, and was incredibly dependable. She is professional, caring, and overall a gem. We continue to keep in touch with her and use her for babysitting now that our son is old enough to be in preschool. She's amazing!
