About Lori

I have recently retired from a 9 year position caring for a husband and wife to be closer to my daughter and granddaughter. My job included senior care, cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry, transporting to appointments. My job changed as they both became older, and accommodated more hands on care for them both. I found that I enjoyed the relationships which we had, and I was the one who was blessed in seeing their wonderful lives and being there to assist them. I'd describe my personality as friendly, kind, caring. I like caring for seniors because I find that I genuinely have great compassion, patience , and caring and that they feel my gentle caring way. I'm looking for a job that I am able to be a blessing to someone's life, and help them with challenges they may be dealing with as they age. One thing you should know about me is that I take my job very seriously, but that I am truly a joy to be around.
