I have worked with seniors in their homes for 20 years. My experience includes activities of daily living (ADL supports), memory care, medication, hospice support and household management. I have worked as a live-in provider and as part of team of caregivers. For me, the most important aspects of caregiving are providing comfort, dignity and security. I enjoy quiet time, good reads, history, music, good conversation, working outdoors, preparing nutritious food, and creative arts of all kinds. As a caregiver I like to share any of those same joys with others. Overall, I consider myself to be extremely patient, insightful, and easy to talk to. I believe I'm attentive, purposeful and kind.
