Professional, dependable, versatile, caring, and trustworthy. Lonia has been a godsend for our family. Last fall our new baby came early, and the stress of a preemie had me fall behind on our home. I thought I'd only need a deep clean on the house, but halfway through our job, I needed help with yard cleanup too. She easily got done in a couple of hours what would have taken me days. Loni really does it all. We have pets, she cleaned up their areas as well. If I needed a little help with the baby, she was happy to give this new mom relief there too. She deep cleaned bathrooms, kitchen, pet areas, play areas, and living room. She did light yard cleanup that was even more thorough than I expected. Recently we had a pipe break and the house flooded. I immediately contacted Loni, and while she was unable to help, she connected us to a trustworthy and dependable colleague who was able to immediately help clean up a half-flooded house. She really is above and beyond. I don't know what we'd do without her.
