For decades, I have been providing excellent service as a private duty PCA and Home Health Aide. My clients have varied in different stages of level of cares needed, from companionship to beginning stages of dementia to severe Alzheimer's. Excellent care will be provided for your love ones, that need assistance within their homes. Basic ADLS or Physical ADLS, light housekeeping, meal preparations, and/or outside activities when weather permits. Currently, I am employed as NYS Employee, for almost 24 yrs. Availability range from weekday shifts 4 p.m. to 6 a.m. and or Friday and Saturday 12 a.m. to 12PM, and Sunday up until 6 p.m. **Prices may vary and are negotiable. *References and Certifications, will be provided on request
