For the past 16+ years I have dedicated my life to providing care and support to those who need it mostly. Below I have included a brief description of things I have done to care for patients: Evaluated patients to identify and address wounds, behavioral concerns and medically relevant symptoms. Obtained client medical history, medication information, symptoms and allergies. Cared for clients with diagnoses such as respiratory failure, diabetes, Parkinson's disease and muscular dystrophy. Cared for residents in assisted living facility and delivered high-quality support to meet needs. Promoted good oral and personal hygiene by aiding patients with shaving, bathing and teeth brushing. Checked patient vitals such as temperature, blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Participated in fun group activities with patients to boost mood, improve overall memory and provide light entertainment. I have 10 years of experience. Helped with Transportation Services and Light Housecleaning.
