We recently hired Llubitza as a full time nanny and household manager. She interviewed great. We paid very competitive salary and bonus on a W2 through our company. After accepting the job, she came back and wanted more money. We agreed to that. She wanted us to wait one full month before she started. We agreed to that because we thought she was worth it. 2 weeks after she started, she quit with 1 week notice and didn’t provide a reason. She was great with kids, but not a reasonable employee.
