Passionate about working with children while witnessing their growth, as well as seeing their joy and enthusiasm are rewarding experiences that drive my dedication to this field. In my 8 years of childcare experience the compassion and patience used while working transfers into my everyday life and built my relationships with everyone around me. Serving in a church that caters to the development of their youth, allowed me to gain experience as a junior volunteer with ages 3-6. Shortly after I progressed to serve elementary ages. My vast experience is with ages 0-2. Communication between the parents, children and myself is vital. l also understand the importance of taking initiative especially when it comes to childcare. My skills include interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
