We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Liz. From the moment we first met it was clear that she is not just a caregiver, but an exceptional presence in our home. She brings a rare mix of warmth, reliability, intuition, and professionalism that instantly put us and our children at ease. Our boys (3 and 5) love Ms. Liz because she has the ability every parent wants- she can get on their level and actually PLAY with them, you have to be able to think quick- they have to keep up with her! She is full of unique ideas for kiddos to try- think Sun prints, nature bingo searches, forts….can also whip up a quick batch of chocolate chip cookies with her eyes closed. She loves our kids and we all love her back! As parents, the peace of mind she gives us is invaluable. She is dependable, communicative, proactive, and deeply trustworthy. We always know our children are safe amd happy. She anticipates needs, handles challenges with grace, and consistently goes above and beyond in ways that make a real difference for us. She has been with us for about a year, consistently, weekly. And we enjoy her warm smile everytime she walks through the door! 10/10 would recommend and fingers crossed she’s available if I ever go back full time!!
