TLDR: Any family who is fortunate enough to have Liz be a part of their child care team is truly blessed. Liz arrives on time, ready and willing to engage with the kids even before you get to the door. Her ability to direct the kids' energy into a constructive outlet is phenomenal. 100/10, and would rehire and be confident that our kids are well cared for in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed. Liz has this innate ability to engage and direct the kids' energy and curiosity in a way that works wonders. We have 2 kids, a 15 month old, and a very high energy 4 year old. Our 4 year old is in the "why" faze, and she asked Liz a very personal question, one that wouldn't normally be asked. Liz was able to not only answer it, but provide constructive ways to handle that kind of question in the future. This is but one example of the many ways that Liz consistently amazes us. We are so very grateful to have her in our lives, to watch our kids. We are couldn't be happier that she chose us.
