About Lizbeth

I have cared for children of different ages from 2 months old to 14 years old. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Caring for children and people in general is my true passion in life. After doing different things in life I have come to realize that helping families and contributing to the well being of children really makes me feel happy. I have acquired enough experience to be able to distinguish whether an infant cries because he is just bored, or uncomfortable or if the cry is due to him feeling sick. With preschool kids I have learned that they love to feel independent and admired. Older kids need a lot of attention when they talk to you. They need to know that what they are telling you is important to you. They are always looking for other people's approval. Most importantly all children need to feel loved, respected and secure in an environment where they can develop as a whole person. I have 4 children of my own. My teenage daughters have always been recognized in school for their outstanding citizenship and academic achievements. When you speak to them you know that they are happy children who value and are grateful for the most important things in life, not the material things. My younger kids will show you that they are confident, happy and very mature for their age when they try to tend to your needs even though they are much younger than you.
