We interviewed and liked her. While she seemed shy at first and with halting English, she was very competent when hands on with our baby. I speak fluent Spanish and she was much more communicative and descriptive in that language, so it was really just a communication issue. Unfortunately we went with someone else who lived closer to us. We would hire her if we had another need, no problem.
