About Lisette

Hi, my name is Lisette. I am a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant with years of experience providing quality care to patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, stroke related disabilities, limited mobility, and chronic illnesses. I also have experience as a Behavioral Health Technician caring for individuals with mental health and behavioral challenges. I assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, transfers, mobility, and daily living activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety. I am experienced with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, fall prevention, and monitoring changes in patients' conditions. I was honored to be recognized as Employee of the Month for my dedication and work ethic. Caregiving is more than a job to me. I am passionate about making a positive difference by providing compassionate, dependable, and respectful care.
