I sincerely cannot say enough good things about Lisbeth. We were so lucky to find her, and she will be sorely missed. Lisbeth nannied both of our boys over the last three years. She went above and beyond to put genuine thought, care and effort into their development and well being. Lisbeth had routines with the boys, took special care when they were unwell, took them to the park and library, came with us to doctors and dentists to help, stayed with our youngest overnight while our oldest was born. She is always punctual and flexible and never took much time off. Lisbeth is warm, positive and loving - her light and bubbly personality was always a comfort every morning. Lisbeth made sure they ate their meals and snacks, supported nap time transition from being held the whole nap to independent crib sleep, let us know if there were any concerns and helped them learn their first words in both English and Spanish. She went above and beyond to wash their bottles, cups and lunch plates. We changed our plans to get into daycare so they could stay with Lisbeth longer because she was so wonderful. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat
