I value the wisdom, stories, and perspective that older adults offer, and I love helping make each day feel a little easier and brighter. I can help with: • Companionship & conversation • Light meal prep • Gentle household tasks • Errands & rides to appointments • A calm, steady presence • Friendly dog visits or light exercise Availability: Part-time, 5-20 hours per week (1-3 days weekly) Caring for seniors has been an important part of my life. During COVID-19, I supported my elderly relatives with meals and masked visits -- reminding me how meaningful simple kindness and a steady presence can be. I also run a small remodeling business, so I'm very comfortable working in people's homes and building trust quickly.
