About Lisa

I have been a part-time nanny for an 8-year-old girl since she was only 1-year-old, and I love her as if she were my own. Most recently I have been caring for a 4-year-old girl and a 2 1/2-year-old boy. I also have babysat for numerous children of all ages over the years and have significant experience with infants and newborns. I have always had a passion for children, and they seem to feel the same about me. If there are many adults in a room, any child seems to gravitate towards me. For example, my friend's 5-year-old niece (whom I had never met), was visiting from out of town. We were at a barbecue with many friends and family, and within a half hour, this 5-year-old girl would not leave my side and announced to everyone that I was her new best friend. That made my day!! There's nothing like making a child happy and seeing them smile. I also have years of experience as a personal assistant, making me a great team player and multi-tasker.
