I have been caring for children for 15 years. My greatest accomplishment was working for a family of four for six years. I cared for two boys and two girls. The job started when the youngest was 2 months old and the oldest was 6 years old. I was so lucky to be able to watch them grow and learn for as long as I did. For the past year I've been with two separate families. In the early fall I cared for a 2-year-old girl and 5-month-old boy before they moved in March. From there I've been with a bouncing boy who will be 16 months at the end of May. I feel I can handle most anything at this point in my career. I'm a nurturer through and through. Very loving and patient but I love to be goofy as well. I'm currently taking care of family in Virginia but will be back in Michigan starting around the holidays in December.

Lisa took care of our 11 month old full-time for a week while our nanny was on vacation. She was on time or early every day. On her first day, we had just driven 14 hours the day before and baby was out of sorts - fussy, not napping. Lisa just dove right in. She has a great attitude, asks good questions, demonstrated excellent judgment, and was endlessly kind and sweet with our little one. I would hire her back in a heartbeat.
