Hi I'm Lisa and I'm a CNA that has 30 plus yrs of experience in nursing home environment and in home care . I have experience with dementia / Alzheimer's and stroke patients. I work full - time however I have extra time and would like to offer my services. I'd like to work on wkends and I can do late evenings. I can also do one time as needed if you have something to do rather for a day or a few hrs. I enjoy working in the home health field and have enjoyed everyone that I have cared for . I think each and everyone I have cared for has bought special meaning in my life and I do have to say I enjoy all the stories an I'm never to old to learn something new from them . Reference is not a problem I've been in the same position having someone care for my dad he was my everything.

Lisa helped with the care of my husband for about four years. In not for her, I would not have been able to get out of the house to run necessary errands and regain my piece of mind. She is a dedicated caregiver. My husband enjoyed every visit she made. She would bring special treats for him when she visited. One special aspect of her caregiving was that she knew many people he knew. She was able to give him news of people he hadn’t heard about in years—something I couldn’t give him. It touched me to see him smile and remember these people when she talked to him. She is a good listener and comes up with ideas to help her patient which the family member wouldn’t have thought of. She is also a fast learner who came into my home and adapted to my methods of caring for my husband. Lisa is a blessing to his world and to the long-term care industry. Caregiving is not a job for her; it is a passion. Patients in her care are not just patients; they are human beings. I recommend her highly for any caretaking position. You will not go wrong choosing Lisa to be a caregiver for your loved one.
