About Lisa

My life is children. Since high school, I have been a nanny, caring for all ages from newborns to teens, elderly, twins, children with special needs, and children with learning and behavioral issues. My philosophy is to educate children with love, understanding, and a structured environment. Also, I have raised my own daughter, who is adopted from Peru, and is now a successful seventh grade English teacher. In the past, I have worked for a family for 16 years with one child where care included overnights and weekends, house-sitting, pet-sitting, and light housekeeping. They became a huge part of my family, and we became a part of theirs. Over the past 11 years, I have cared for three lovely children in my home who are old enough now to care for themselves. I love helping parents raise their children in becoming their best selves. Currently, I work part time for two families out of my house.
