About Lisa

Hello, my name is Lisa. I am embarking on a new career as a Night Nanny. My ultimate goal is to become certified as either a Newborn Care Specialist, or a birth/postpartum Doula. I have a passion for infant care, and support for parents for the first couple to several+ months after your baby is born. I believe one of the most important things for mama is that she gets the rest that she needs for her body to heal. My experience is with my own children and grandchildren, as well as a home daycare that I had for 2+ years focusing on infant to preschool ages. It was one of the most wonderful times of my life, and I must say that I was very good at it. Two of my clients were a nurse and a pediatrician. Up until now my career has been working in healthcare, more specifically in surgery as a Surgical Technician.
