About Lisa

I'm a mother of two older children, one is nearly grown up. I love being with and caring for babies and young children. As a young person I spent 6 years working in preschools and 1 year as a nanny, before working in film. In those years I dedicated myself to providing engaging and supportive care for children aged 0-3. I'd love to return to that space of care and holding. My approach is rooted in patience, creativity, and connection. I also had some early childhood development coursework in college, and I am First Aid and CPR trained. I enjoy playing games and being outdoors with children. I always follow the parents' lead around household rules and communicating about their child's day. I'm comfortable caring for one child and am willing to help with light housekeeping. I enjoy creating a fun, sweet and enriching environment where your child can thrive, and I look forward to the possibility of becoming a part of your family's support system.
