About Lisa

Hello. My name is Lisa and I am an occupational therapist by profession. I have been an OT for many years with 11 years as a school based occupational therapist and most recently as an outpatient pediatric OT. I recently resigned from my position due to the late evening hours that kept me from being with my own family. I am hoping to help a family/families with children that may not only need childcare, but would benefit from skilled intervention for fine or visual motor deficits, sensory processing difficulties, picky eating habits, etc. I am familiar with IEPs, sensory diets, etc. and can assist in those areas as well. Personally, I am married with four biological children and one stepson. Of those children, I have one set of twins and four children with ADHD/sensory processing challenges. I feel I would benefit a family with child/ren with special needs to provide home based services, without the headache of insurance. I can provide my resume and references letters upon request.
