Experienced in move out/move in cleanings. Can also take on one or two regular weekly cleaning clients if our schedules align. I have my own cleaning supplies but you would need to provide the equipment such as vacuum, steamer, carpet cleaner, etc. I'm work quickly but very thorough. I prefer to charge per job and accept cash but my hourly rate or job charge is negotiable after reviewing the property and discussing what all is needed.
