Hello, My name is Lisa. I am a mature working professional who is looking to make a career change from leading large teams and owning large scale corporate events to work that is meaningful and filled with purpose. I call it my heart work. It was the work I had planned to pursue in my 20s but due to many circumstances, it is not until now that I can make the steps toward a career change. I am currently studying Early Childhood Education at COCC. I raised two sons here in central Oregon, many years as a single working mom, and have always loved being in proximity to children. I love their curiosity, wonder and playfulness. In my free time I enjoy reading, I have my B. A. in English Literature, cooking, exploring nature (running, hiking, walking my dogs) and time with my family which includes two adopted dogs Winnie, Golden Retriever and Maverick, a hound dog.
