My name is Lisa, and I am a Longmont resident living with my husband and two sons. I have over 30 years of experience in direct care and a passion for working with children. Since my sons began school, I have been a local nanny. 

Before becoming a mother, I managed a group home for individuals with disabilities and worked as a live-in nanny for eight years. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns and twins to school-aged kids.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, outdoor activities, and creative pursuits. I consider myself dependable, honest, fun, hard-working, a good listener, and kind. My primary focus as a caregiver is safety, and I look forward to providing a fun and safe environment for your family. I have excellent local references available. Additionally, I am an animal lover and am eager to assist a family with childcare and household management.

Lisa is an incredible nanny, and I cannot recommend her enough. She’s been with our family for 8 months, from when our daughter was just 4-months old to 1 year! The bond between the two of them has been incredible to see, and she has put our minds at ease each day we go to work knowing that our daughter is in great hands! 

Lisa took care of my 19 month old for two weeks and we are so thankful we found her. We had a last minute change with care and Lisa jumped right in. She showed up on time (early actually), was calm, nurturing and connected quickly with my toddler. She handled her meltdowns with patience and brought a bag of fun toys and books every day for her to explore. She got her outside everyday - took her to storey time and even found a local music class for her to attend. What I loved most about Lisa was her calm presence in the home and with my daughter. I never worried about my daughter with her and loved having Lisa around for those two weeks - I work from home so spent a lot of time with her!  We will 100% hire Lisa again and would definitely recommend her!

Lisa was our nanny for our three young kids for two plus years. She was wonderful and truly became a member of our family. Our kids still ask to see her all the time. She always has fun ideas of ways to be creative and learn. She goes above and beyond and was always open to any ideas and/ or feedback. We love her so much and feel very fortunate to have had her in our life and that she has become a part of our extended family. 

Lisa was an incredible caregiver for our 4-month old. As an anxious first time mom, I wanted to leave my daughter with the best most competent caregiver who would enjoy spending time with my child, rather than someone who was willing to show up for a paycheck. My daughter loved spending time with Lisa and I always learned something from her when she came over. Lisa is a great find!

Lisa was great with my kids. Kept my three year old happy so he didn't try to bother me while working (always a challenge). She was very responsive and on time. Will definitely look to hire her again when I need help.

Lisa is a phenomenal professional caregiver.  My toddler took to her right away.  Lisa worked with us for 6 months, and I would rehire her in a heartbeat.  She is very trustworthy, capable, and dependable.

Lisa was wonderful with our 2 year old. She engaged him in reading and various games. He was not the easiest 2 year old and did not like it when we would go out. Lisa was wonderful with him. 

Lisa is one of the kindest, goodhearted, sincere, and honest people I know.  I have known Lisa for twenty years.  We met while working at a group home for individuals with developmental disabilities in Boulder, Colorado.  I have been a special education teacher in Salida, Colorado for the last 11 years.  I knew within the first day of working with Lisa that she was an incredibly understanding, loving and responsible person.  I knew right away that I could depend on her and she would be a friend for life. Since then, Lisa and I have both moved on with our careers and life.  Although I am a few hours away, we make a point of keeping in close contact. We both have have children and husbands who love to spend time together and realize the importance of friendship.  I love writing this review because I know whoever is lucky enough to meet Lisa will realize her incredible personality and work ethic, and they will be forever grateful.  It is with great pleasure I recommend Lisa!

Lisa is a delight. She was warm and reassuring with our son. He enjoyed playing with her and I enjoyed knowing he was safe and happy!

We were so lucky when we found Lisa when my daughter was 20 months old.   (She is now 4.5 years old!)  She has two boys who are in elementary and middle school, and knows all of the fun activities in Longmont and the surrounding area.  She makes sure that our daughter is outside and running around at least once a day, and even sets up play dates with other kids that they meet at the park.  My daughter always asks when it's going to be a "Lisa Day" because she loves to spend time together.  They go to events, the museum, the park, shopping for me, running errands, and to music class.  Lisa also brings over books and recommends things from when her own boys were young.
Lisa has also helped us run more smoothly at home. I have a demanding job and my husband works in Boulder, so we rely on Lisa a lot for food preparation and laundry.  She is a great cook and really knows our preferences. Lisa is dependable, honest, good nature, sweet, conscientious, and most importantly, great with kid.  

She has a lullaby that just knocks my daughter out. Lisa has tons of experience, is level-headed and super fun! My kids love her!

Lisa is a dedicated employee, who always puts the best interest of the client/child first. She is kind, honest, resourceful, and passionate about doing the best.
