About Lisa

As a live-in companion for an Alzheimer's patient, I took care of everything which included: mail collection, bills, meals, transportation, shopping, medication dispensing, doctors' appointments, communication with family members (none lived locally), pet care, house cleaning, filling prescriptions, etc. I prefer to not just maintain the status quo, but to work to make life as enjoyable as possible through activities, involvement, and relations while also providing a balanced diet, and a healthy lifestyle, to improve the person's health, well-being, and quality of life. Having completed an internship, I learned and experienced the raw and living foods lifestyle; I would enjoy practicing and sharing this information for better health and well-being with interested families as I enjoy helping and caring for others at any age.
