About Lisa

*available for occaisional and back-up childcare 7 days/nights a week* I studied developmental psychology/child development and later got certified to teach Pre-K and Kindergarten. I ran a small morning preschool and elementary age after school program in Maryland for over 20 years and have worked as a nanny in Richmond for about 12 years. I am very experienced and work with all ages from newborn to young adults, including those with special needs. I raised two children of my own, as well as a few foster kids along the way. Humane Society Foster of The Year, in case you have pets! Happy to help around the house, run errands and drive kids (2022 Subaru Outback with clean driving record). People say I am kind, but also guide children well with structure and developing self-discipline. I am pretty easy-going, but have a great work ethic. After so many years, it's all easy for me. Please see my reviews and feel free to contact me to discuss your needs. Thanks
