My three children (2, 7, 9) all adore Lisa and so do we. At the start of the school year she not only watched our 2 year old but also made sure the old two were logged in for classes remotely and she helped them with their work when needed. She made breakfast and lunch for all three kids. She played games, built blanket forts, went to the park, and on walks with the kids. If our youngest wasn't going to preschool next year we would rehire Lisa. She would make a great addition to your family.
