Hi I'm Lisa. I am married and have 2 grown children of my own. I have been caring for children in some capacity since I was 13. I started out babysitting my own 2 younger sisters and moved on to babysitting for families all around our community. I have worked 4+ years in a preschool setting and have spent many years caring for the children of my friends and family. I am also currently helping a family as a nanny for their little boy, but he will be starting preschool in October. My First Aid and CPR certification, along with my course work in early childhood development, provide me with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure the well-being of the children I care for. Lisa has been my child’s nanny for just about a year now, from when my daughter was 6 months old to the time she’ll move to daycare at 18 months old. I have only the best things to say about her. She is ALWAYS on time, has a smile on her face every single day, respected what we wanted for our child (basically specific sleep schedule), cleaned bottles and sippy cups, walked her to my local park as she’s gotten older, and provided love for my child as the same level I’d expect she gave her own. Even my oldest toddler who saw her for 30 min in the morning would ask to see her. Oh, and she watched both my kids when my oldest was home sick from daycare! Whomever gets Lisa as your nanny after me will have no regrets whatsoever. And I plan on using her as a nanny because I trust her with my kids and they love her so much! 😊
