I'm a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver with a strong background in healthcare, psychology, and supporting older adults. I spent two years working in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and providing in-home care for seniors, including individuals with dementia, memory impairments, and a wide range of physical and cognitive disabilities. I also completed two years of college-level Occupational Therapy education before transitioning into Developmental Psychology, in which I earned a master's degree. Additionally, I have over 3. 5 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adults, including older individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, and cognitive challenges. I'm patient, attentive, respectful, and committed to preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life. I enjoy cooking nutritious meals, providing companionship, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining a clean, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
