I started babysitting for my cousin's at an early age & that was the beginning of several child care jobs throughout the years. I enjoy nurturing children's growth & development. My motivation stems from a desire to make a positive impact, & supporting families by offering reliable care. I'm patient, creative, friendly, firm when needed, funny, & comfortable with various ages. As a mom of 3 & step parent of 2, I understand family dynamics from joys to frustrations. I prioritize open communication with parents & children, providing regular updates verbally, by text, or following your preference. I will respect & enforce household rules you set.
