For the past 22 years, I've been privileged to support their well-being and independence as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I provide respite care, transportation, and personal care, along with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with compassion. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection.
