I have been a nanny for multiple families taking care of multiple kids at once for over 20 years. The longest being 15 years for one family starting with one child at 9 months old and ending with 2 teenagers. The time I spent with my next family was 4 years where I took care of an infant boy and his baby sister who came 2 years later. My responsibility was childcare focus, feedings napping and lots of play and outdoor time. Keeping their space clean and tidy and keeping them safe is very important. For my next family, I took care of a 4-month-old. Keeping her on a nap and feeding schedule. Play time, reading tummy time and taking long walks. Also taking care of her older sister when home from school. Overall, being a part of their growth, and providing a safe place to learn and grow and being independent.

Lisa is a wonderful caregiver and we’d keep her forever if we could. She has an easygoing demeanor that works well with kids and parents alike. We feel at ease when our girls are in her care. She prepares meals, manages activities (inside and outside of the home), does light housekeeping for kids items, etc. Incredibly reliable and always on time. Highly recommend!
