Teacher/empty nester mom of three young adults (twins plus one) seeks childcare position evenings/afterschool, 2-3 days a week. I have 30 years of experience teaching in public school, and CPR/ first aid training. I am an extremely fit, energetic woman with 30 years of experience as a mom and teacher to keep your little ones safe and entertained. I'd describe myself as energetic, kind and caring. I like working with kids because it's always something new everyday. They have natural curiosity and always tell it like it is. I'm looking for a job where I can help a family with after school care just like others helped me when I was in the throes of child rearing. I started working with kids when I became a teacher in '93. In my spare time, I like to exercise, garden and develop resources for my classroom. I'm an energetic, mature, responsible individual. My skills include multitasking, homework assistance and eons of experience working with children from infants to teens.
