I could not recommend Lisa more highly! If you are considering her for a nanny position, hire her immediately. Lisa has been an integral part of our family for the last year caring for my son from age 9 months to 21 months. Every single day she arrived at 7:47am for her 8:00am shift with a smile and sometimes a gift for my son. They would then spend the days full of activities, such as, parks, splash-pads, the library, museums, crafts, and play-dates she would arrange. During nap times she cared for his laundry, dishes, cooking (oatmeal or other toddler foods), and other care tasks for us. That was all on a regular day, when there was something special like a holiday or birthday, she would go above and beyond to do a photo shoot, specialty crafts, and presents to celebrate. I have so many precious momentos from his first toddler year because of Lisa. We are going to miss her tremendously but are planning a big move and want to transition our child to a care center. He is more than ready for a group atmosphere because of the care Lisa put in to teach him social, motor, speech, and other critical skills. On top of all of this, when I go out around town with my child, people will come up to me and say they know my child and my nanny because they are so friendly and respectful. I am just so proud and lucky to have Lisa in our lives and you will be too.
