About Lisa

I am the proud mother of two productive young adults, a boy and a girl. I was always that Mom who climbed the jungle gyms and crawled through the tubes at Chucky Cheese. Being a very active, health-conscious individual, I have instilled these values in my children. At 33 and 35, they remain devoted to a healthy, active lifestyle today. When they were young, I chose not to force my dietary habits or fitness regime on them. I simply allowed them to observe and to be inspired by example. I believe that - in addition to sound guidance and instruction - children need time and space to discover what matters - to see for themselves the result and benefit of healthy habits. I also had the joy of caring for my three great nieces for a summer, when they were little. These girls have grown to be lovely young ladies, with their unique beauty, talents and abilities. I look forward to caring for your little ones, helping to guide them and being a truly positive influence in their lives.
