About Lisa

Lisa is instrumental in caring for our mother, age 100, who needs someone to help with errands and groceries, oversee medication, give shots when needed and get meals on time. She has an engaging personality and is proactive in addressing newly arising medical and social concerns. She is punctual, observant, and communicates arising needs as appropriate. Sometimes that involves negotiating with family members who may or may not have different opinions or concerns. She will initiate her own solutions when appropriate or necessary, i.e., delivery of medications when they were to be administered outside her work hours, finding ways to make walking easier i.e. slippers that have a firmer construction. And she keeps family apprised of mom's behavioral and memory issues. In a word, Lisa is awesome and we are fortunate to have found her!
