About Lisa

I am a retired teacher who is respectful, responsible, active, able to maintain confidentiality, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile. In my professional life, I was a teacher for 26 years. In my private life, I have been responsible for caring for several close family members during extended illness, the aging process, and the dying process. Responsibilities included housekeeping, yard care, running errands, administering medications (including through a PICC line), bathing, dressing, applying makeup and other personal care tasks, meal preparation and feeding, attending doctor's appointments, organizing medical documents, providing companionship, and providing transportation to activities and appointments outside the home. I am comfortable providing these services to your loved one. In addition, I would be gratified to simply spend quiet time with them, looking at pictures, playing a game, reading aloud, or completing a project or a craft.
