Lisa is a very caring nurse that understands what true care really is. Sometimes you run across someone that's really in the right job. This is Lisa. She loves caring for others and it shows in her work. The best aspect that Lisa brings is her ability to understand that the family expectation is a very important part of her job. At times in difficult decision the family may see care giving different from the care givers. Lisa is quick to pick up these and strives to support the family way of care. This is very important for my family. Having a nurse to provide the level of care the family is looking to provide Is a very positive. Lisa understands this and provided the type care we desired for our mother.
