About Linnea

I have been working with children for as long as I can remember, from babysitting the neighborhood kids, to watching my niece and nephews grow up, to becoming a lead toddler teacher at a local daycare. I believe that children should not be just sat in front of the television, but that they should be playing games, reading books, or playing outside. I also enjoy bringing my love of arts and crafts, learning, and exploring to the children. Taking care of young children, especially babies, is rewarding but sometimes challenging. Over the years, I have developed special techniques that prove useful in calming young babies, including the most restless ones. I have cared for many children, of all ages, and have experience with multiples and special needs. I love children and enjoy their company immensely and find nothing is more rewarding than taking care of them.
